We offer a 48 hours return policy from the date your order is marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The product must be in its original packaging.

• Your order number
• The reason for return
• Clear photos of the product (if damaged or defective)

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting images. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.

4. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:

• Opened or used products
• Products without original packaging
• Items returned after 48 hours from delivery

5. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
